Custom Case International lifetime warranty is subject only to defects in materials and manufacturers workmanship. Our warranty excludes damage caused by rough handling while transporting or shipping, acts of nature such as products being exposed to rain, heat, fire, and/or other natural factors that might affect the stability of our products.
For us, our service to you after the sale is just as important as before the sale. In doing so, we provide exceptional service and warranties. We stand behind our workmanship 100% and are committed to providing excellence in both our products and service. Products replaced under warranty are at no charge.
